Join our club's youth developmental program as a Head Coach for one of our travel teams. This role involves overseeing team development year-round, fostering a competitive and supportive culture, and ensuring alignment with the club's style of play and principles.

Key Responsibilities

Technical

• Design and deliver age-appropriate, high-quality training sessions.
• Lead competitive game-day experiences in league, tournament, and event play.
• Adhere to the club's curriculum and periodization framework.
• Conduct formal midseason player evaluations.
  
  

Administrative

• Communicate effectively with families and club staff.
• Schedule and organize team league games.
• Comply with all club policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications

• US Soccer D License or higher (C License preferred).
