The Repair Administrator position will assist West Music in our mission of Encouraging people of all ages and abilities to: Play now. Play for life. They will provide exceptional service by providing administrative support to Davenport’s band, orchestra, and fretted instrument repair teams.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following.

  • Provides Administrative support to the Davenport repair team, including but not limited to, data entry, preparing merchandise, invoices, and communicating with schools and customers.
  • Correctly completes all paperwork necessary for all repairs, and any other records required by the Repair departments and Davenport’s independent repair contractors.
  • Will directly communicate with customers (including school districts/band directors) via phone, email and written correspondence to:
  • Provide estimates for repair work within 24 hours and obtain approvals and payments for the work;
  • Coordinating instrument pick up after repairs are completed, and
  • Respond to questions regarding instruments going through the repair shop
  • Process all invoices for repaired instruments
  • Log all Repair in deal pipeline utilizing HubSpot
  • Provides support to Road CSR’s

Required Qualifications

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to be accurate in work with an attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
