The Repair Administrative Assistant position will assist West Music in our mission of Encouraging people of all ages and abilities to: Play now. Play for life. They will provide exceptional service by providing administrative support to Cedar Fall's band, orchestra, and fretted instrument repair teams.

Coordinating instrument pick up after repairs are completed, and
Respond to questions regarding instruments going through the repair shop

What We Offer
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following.
- Provides Administrative support to the Cedar Falls repair team, including but not limited to, data entry, preparing merchandise, invoices, and communicating with schools and customers.
- Correctly completes all paperwork necessary for all repairs, and any other records required by the Repair departments.
- Will directly communicate with customers (including school districts/band directors) via phone, email and written correspondence to:
Coordinating instrument pick up after repairs are completed, and
Respond to questions regarding instruments going through the repair shop
- Process all invoices for repaired instruments
- Provides support to Road CSR’s
Required Qualifications
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to be accurate in work with an attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
