We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator at the historic West Newton Cinema. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all private rental bookings and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming private rental requests via phone or online
- Gather relevant details from potential clients and determine event suitability
- Coordinate with cinema staff to secure available dates and finalize bookings
Customer Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for rental clients
- Follow up with clients the week of their event to confirm final details
- Be on-site on the day of the event to welcome the rental party and ensure their needs are met
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain an organized system to track multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage schedules and client information
Qualifications:
