Key Responsibilities
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming private rental requests via phone, email, or online
- Gathering relevant details from potential clients and determining event suitability
- Coordinating with cinema staff to secure available dates and finalize bookings
- FOLLOWING UP WITH CLIENTS THE WEEK OF THEIR EVENT TO CONFIRM FINAL DETAILS
- B eing ON-SITE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT TO WELCOME THE RENTAL PARTY AND ENSURE THEIR NEEDS ARE MET
- Post-event follow-up to thank clients and collect feedback
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
