Administrative Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling phone calls and emails.
Maintain office filing system and update databases.
Process expense reports and invoices
Create and update written documents and presentations.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Track and manage vendor relationships.
Handle customer service inquiries.
Administrative Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate.
At least 2 years of administrative experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and database software.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Professional demeanor.
