Ford Service Technician

Job Summary: West Point Ford, Inc is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service technician work and be ASE certified.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction

• Represent the dealership while engaging with diverse customers daily

• Organize and prepare for appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

• Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication

• Accurately document vehicle repairs and work performed on repair orders

• Stay informed about Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
">
• Able to work in challenging weather conditions and drive a company vehicle responsibly

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a valid driver's license. ASE/Manufacturer certifications are desirable, but not mandatory. Previous service technician experience is preferred, along with strong technological device skills.
