West Point Ford, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Service Expert to join our team. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer workplaces and homes in our Mobile Service van to handle service needs and recalls
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication
Essential Qualifications:
- Detailed-oriented and organized approach to work
- Valid driver's license
- ASE/Manufacturer certifications, with Ford certifications desirable but not mandatory
- Previous Service Technician experience preferred
- Strong use of technological devices, including tablets
