We are growing and are in search of an experienced project manager to join our team!

Our Software Development Teams are responsible for the full suite of Insurance Products, including Policy Administration, Claims, Workflow Solutions, Analytics and more!
As a SaaS platform, we take pride in our ability to be nimble, fast and adapt quickly to the changes in the insurance industry, from regulatory changes or impacts from major storms, our software team is responsible for solving those complex carrier needs.
Project Managers, a.k.a. “Product Team Leads” , are considered to be mid-to-senior level staff members for the Product Team. These individuals should have successfully coordinated software development projects in the past and should be comfortable operating in (and iterating on) a structure based on the Agile framework. Work typically flows for this role in the following fashion : “Collaborate with the Product Board to understand the goals of the company and its clients, curate a roadmap driven from Product Board discussions, organize the engineering teams around quarterly roadmap objectives, and use metrics to hold the teams accountable to milestones within their quarterly objectives.” Individuals in this role leverage their knowledge and experience to ally with and mentor junior staff as necessary; management of staff is a separate role and is not a responsibility of this job.

What will you be doing? Participate in the Product Board where we :
Curate and present annual and quarterly project roadmaps, driven from the Product Board’s discussions.
Collaborate with SMEs to scope and estimate upcoming project efforts.
Leverage information collected from SMEs to organize projects within quarterly timeframes, including :
Spearhead project status communication to stakeholders, including :
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging an understanding of what it means to be successful, and then recommending improvements to processes and policies.
Collaborate with the Director of Product to guide Product Team members towards positive performance trends.
Mentor Business Analysts in their responsibilities, such as grooming Agile team backlogs and writing requirements / user stories.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
