This role is 100% onsite in Johnstown, CO.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Leverage multiple channels—including job boards, social media, referrals, and local community networks—to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent our company at local job fairs, industry events, and community outreach initiatives to enhance our employer brand
- Bachelors Degree and experience in general Human Resource functions highly preferred
- Experience as a Corporate Recruiter required
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
