As a Marketing Automation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing automated marketing campaigns for the company and supervising the marketing automation team.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Develop and execute email and SMS/text campaigns, lead generation strategies, and automated journeys for prospects and current customers.
- Analyze data to improve campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Leverage marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Twilio) and oversee the successful operation, implementation and management of marketing technology and automation systems.
- Design and create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, and lead scoring models
- Maintain the contact database, including uploading lists, defining segments and audiences, and upholding data hygiene standards

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field – preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing marketing automation campaigns – required.
- Expertise in marketing automation, best practices and tools – required.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM – required.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud - required.
- Analytical abilities to interpret performance data and make informed decisions – required.
