Project Review Team Lead
As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Project Review Team in Mechanicsburg plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home®.
As a Project Review Team Lead at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting the Project Review Manager in keeping the Project Review Team on process and properly prioritized. The Project Review Team Lead will also provide coaching, training, and decision-making on abnormal circumstances; communicate with the Regional Operations and Sales teams; and complete tasks delegated by Project Review Manager.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Complete final review and analysis of each job to ensure measure documents, job tier, hours, and status are accurate before moving forward.
- Responsible for reviewing measurements, pictures, and scans provided by the In-Home Sales Representatives for all assigned jobs.
- Monitor employee performance against goals/objectives and provide real time feedback and coaching with guidance of Project Review Manager.
- Assist Project Review Manager in conducting daily meetings with Project Review Specialists to provide ongoing updates and training.

- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
