As a 401k & Benefits Administrator at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting the entire Benefits team by assisting with open enrollment, communicating with employees, conducting audits, and assisting in improving the current processes.

What You'll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to :
- Coordinate and administer activities of the Company's 401(k) program, including deferral changes, loan and withdrawal requests, audits, compliance, and required notifications.
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries related to eligibility, insurance plans, ID cards, enrollments, etc.
- Perform audits related to benefits eligibility, plans, and elections in both HRIS and carrier systems.
- Assist with annual open enrollment for benefits by communicating with employees, approving elections to align with plans, sending evidence of insurability forms to employees, and encouraging 100% compliance.

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $20-$23 / hr. The actual rate is based on each candidate's skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a hourly, non-exempt position.
