What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worship Ministry Coordinator position at West Side Baptist Church?
The Worship Ministry Coordinator will take the lead in planning our worship ministry in coordination with the Senior Pastor and other staff, ensuring that the musical selections and other elements in each service create an atmosphere of worship, prepare the way for Biblical teaching, and facilitate a response from worshippers. His or her responsibilities will include working with the worship team and the adult and children’s choirs. West Side Baptist has sought to maintain a blended style of worship.
This is a permanent part-time position of 21 hours per week that is eligible for partial benefits. Pay will be commensurate with education and experience.
