We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our Associate Account Executive - Inside Sales opportunities onsite in our Islandia, NY office.
In this role, your main objective will be to sell TeleVox Practice Edition to a range of healthcare facilities, including physician offices, specialty clinics (such as optometrists and chiropractors), and any organization managing a patient or member base in these areas.
Primary Responsibilities and Assignments
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage in proactive outreach to prospective clients within the healthcare industry, promoting and selling TeleVox Practice Edition.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively showcasing the benefits and features of TeleVox Practice Edition to potential clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position TeleVox as the leading patient engagement solution provider.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the leads gen and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, webinars, and conferences.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
