Job Details
We are looking for a skilled Business System Analyst with a proven history of delivering scalable application solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of sales and support business processes, Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud capabilities, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with customers and technical teams to create unique customer solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic and interactive requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business groups and guide users toward Out-of-box Salesforce solutions and industry Best Practices
- Adopt a robust analytical approach to evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements, emphasizing cross-functional inter-dependencies
- Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation, including use cases, and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
- Work with development, design, and QA teams to ensure the business requirements are implemented and validated as per documented specs
- Monitor Salesforce Service Cloud upgrades and industry trends, recommending best practices and new features to improve efficiency and leverage native functionality as much as possible
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- 10 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, with 3 years' experience on Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud features
- Proficient in creating process diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
- Ability to build consensus among cross-functional business stakeholders (at different levels of the organization) on approach and outcomes and help deliver robust, scalable technology solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, expertise in managing crucial customer conversations, coupled with strong negotiating and conflict-resolution abilities
- Results-oriented and self-starter with a desire to learn and continuously augment skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or Technology related field
- Salesforce Certifications a plus
