We are looking for an administrative assistant to assist the Administrator and DON with administrative support as well as resident appointment transport. - CPR / First Aid Certified preferred, can be obtained before hire
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Workday experience is a plus
- Clean driving record / license required
- Organizational Skills : The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities at once, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Attention to Detail : Ensuring that tasks are completed correctly and thoroughly, whether it's handling documents, scheduling meetings, or managing correspondence
- Communication Skills : Both verbal and written communication need to be clear, concise, and professional, as administrative assistants are often the point of contact for clients, staff, and management.
- Confidentiality : Handling sensitive information discreetly and responsibly.
- Team-Oriented : Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with others in various departments or roles.
