QUALIFICATIONS : 1. All candidates who hold a professional teaching or student support license and candidates who have completed the required SSAC training to qualify for and be granted a temporary authorization for coaching will be considered.
- The successful applicant must be available for practice and game times and dates as determined by the principal and athletic director.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : For the 2025-2025 season that begins August 4, 2025 and ends October 21, 2025.
COMPENSATION : Based on County Coaching Pay Scale ($1,550.00) plus $75.00 yearly increment for every verified year of experience coaching cross country, if applicable.

JOB DESCRIPTION
HEAD COACH
RESPONSIBLE TO : Athletic Director / Assistant Principal and Building Level Principal
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :
2. Exhibit a strong knowledge of the sport and demonstrate appropriate skills, techniques, and coaching methods.
4. Exemplify good character, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior.
16. Demonstrate basic first aid skills and good judgment in determining the severity of an athlete's
injury.
17. Oversee the safety conditions of the field or gym and equipment during all practices and games.
EVALUATION :
Performance will be evaluated by the Athletic Director / Assistant Principal or Building Level Principal annually at the end of the season.
