POSITION: Summer Enrichment Lead Facilitator, as needed basis
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Elementary Education
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
EMPLOYMENT TERM: On an as needed basis. Days determined by individual school’s plan for program. **Wages are contingent upon actually working as the Summer Enrichment Lead Facilitator. No payment if school has to be closed due to something outside the control of Mason County Schools.

EVALUATION: Performance in this position will be evaluated by the Director of Elementary Education and in accordance with WV State Code §18A-2-12, WV State Board Policy 5310, and MCBOE Policy C.2.3, Performance Evaluation of School Personnel – Administrative Procedures
JOB SUMMARY: The Summer Enrichment Lead Facilitator will serve as the administrator at each building. This individual will work with staff and families to support students and student learning.
