Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital is searching for a dedicated Quality Assurance/Improvement Nurse to be a part of our amazing team! This position develops, implements and monitors the quality improvement plan for the hospital which includes evaluating the quality of patient care and patient outcomes as they relate to multidisciplinary interventions and relays the information to the Chief Compliance Officer. The Quality Assurance/Improvement Nurse participates in the development and implementation of various activities to improve the overall quality of the hospital.
Performs related duties as assigned. When necessary this position may be required to work holidays and weekends. During onsite surveys, mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Licensure/Certifications: Current valid West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
Experience: Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in nursing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.42 - $48.63 per hour
