Under general supervision, this position performs administrative work in the fixed asset division of the Office of Shared Administration's (OSA), Office of Operational Administration with Operations. This position will serve as the Agency Fleet Coordinator for the Office of Shared Administration, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Health, and the Department of Health Facilities, working closely with the Department of Administration to ensure the distribution of newly leased vehicles and acting as support and contact point for all fleet questions and concerns throughout the agencies. It assigns and tracks all agency fuel cards and pins, as well as manages the OSA central fleet through the office's fleet tracking, reservation and distribution system. This position tracks, evaluates, schedules, and approves vehicle maintenance as well as assists with vehicle accident and complaint investigations and helps validate the insurability of agency drivers. It's also responsible for compiling reports related to vehicle usage and allocations. It may assist the asset division with purged records, surplus property, or any other responsibilities of that division and other job duties as assigned.
