This position focuses on fostering change management, assisting with project management, collaborating with multiple departments, and ensuring that the ERP system aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, an understanding of state government functions such as financial reporting, human resources, payroll, benefits administration, budgeting, and procurement, and experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze, document, and improve business processes.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating business requirements into actionable solutions. Facilitate and lead meetings to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and discuss system enhancements. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and system updates.Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure successful implementation of system changes.Write, monitor and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
