POTENTIAL EVENING SHIFT POSITION. Duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following: perform routine maintenance tasks on various types of HVAC equipment. Ability to use various types of test equipment, volt meter, pressure gauges, light meter, etc. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Maintain interior and exterior lighting systems, make drywall and masonry repairs. Operate various material handling equipment. Work from ladders and scaffolding at heights up to 65 feet while making repairs to installed equipment. Requires frequent lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver’s license. Commercial driver’s license (Class A) is desirable. Training: Graduation from a standard four-year high school or GED or four year apprenticeship program or two year post secondary technical school.
Experience: Four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in heating, cooling, ventilation or the mechanical or building trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plasterer, painter, welder, machinist, mechanic or masonry work.
Special Requirement: Specific positions may require certification from a federal EPA approved testing organization as a certified technician required by the clean Air Act on refrigerant recycling.
Salary : $31,533 - $53,916
