What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health and Human Resources Specialist, Senior BBH - Kanawha Co. position at West Virginia?
Under the general supervision of the director for the Division of Compliance, this position performs complex administrative and professional work at the advanced level in monitoring and evaluating providers and stakeholders of the Bureau for Behavioral Health (BBH) in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. The duties of this position include conducting comprehensive evaluations of the programmatic services and activities performed by BBH funded organizations through analysis and post award monitoring for compliance and providing technical guidance with interpreting associated regulations of subrecipient award terms and conditions. This position works in conjunction with the internal staff as well as external organizations and is responsible for the development and implementation of evaluation methods and the utilization of reporting mechanisms to monitor grant performance as mandated by federal and state requirements associated with the applicable funding streams. Performs all related duties as assigned. Work is performed in both office and field settings and may involve overnight travel.

Training: Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
Experience: Four years full-time, equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in a technical or program area that is related to the area of employment.
