Under general supervision, upon request, this position will be responsible for pick up or delivery of agency records from agency locations around the state and at the State Records Center. The position will be required to operate an industrial shredder to destroy records. It will also operate and troubleshoot a scanner to electronically preserve agency records. It will work with agencies to carry out their needs regarding the State Records Center. This position will be loading and unloading boxes, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and place boxes on high shelves that are above-head. The position will perform data entry of box information into spreadsheets and sort boxes accordingly. The position is required to have a valid driver's license. Traveling is required for the position with the possibility of overnight stays.
