Under limited supervision, performs research, designing, testing and configuration of Enterprise standard computer images for all Office/Bureaus/Divisions on the statewide Executive network. The employee will review requests for custom images when requested by Office/Bureau/Division and, if deemed necessary, design and build the custom image. Research, design, test and implement Enterprise KIOSK machines to be used throughout the state based on needs of Agencies. Serves as backup to System Configuration Management team and Active Directory Team to facilitate services are up and running for the Executive Domain. Work with vendors, application developers, system management and other technology groups to provide resolution and enhancement to the current network environment. Works directly with WVOT Security Team to ensure computer systems are secure and configured correctly to reduce cyber risks. Work with team members on software deployment and patches using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Work with other team members to review and approve/deny cell phone purchases for the Executive domain. Maintain and support the RightFax environment.
