**Job Description:**
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Project Manager to help oversee hotel remodeling projects and residential projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in helping ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Procure necessary permits and approvals.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed to specifications and quality standards.
- Address any issues, changes, or challenges that arise during the project.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide accurate project cost forecasting and reporting.
- Manage project documentation and record-keeping.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in hotel remodeling or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. (Procore is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or CAPM certification (a plus).
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
