Toyota Dealership in Shrewsbury/Westborough, a family-owned and operated Import dealership, seeks a Parts Counter Personnel to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

· Communicate with technicians and customers on parts status

· Sense of urgency regarding technician parts for the shop and waiting customers

· Communicate with ASM staff Technicians in a pofessional manner

· Be able to read and understand the parts EPC when looking up parts

· Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

· Use web-based quoting tools to help sell OEM parts and none OEM parts

· high level of service to internal and external customers

· Pulls and fills orders

· Orders out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention

· Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits emergency orders if needed

· Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on a service repair order

· Receives payment from customers and manages the account receivables

· Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Qualifications:

Westboro will train train the right applicant

· Experience with automotive parts is a plus

· excellent customer service

· Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

· Detail oriented and organized.

· Must be capable to lift 40 pounds

· Excellent communication skills.

· Available to work flexible hours in fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

·5 day work week
