What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Front Office Support position at Westbrook Housing?
Westbrook Housing is seeking a full time receptionist/front office support person to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the reception area which includes answering phones, greeting the public, dispensing the mail, ordering supplies and other clerical duties. This person also supports other departments by making calls to confirm appointments and performing other administrative tasks as requested.
The applicant must have strong customer service skills, a professional appearance, a positive and friendly demeanor, work well under pressure, have strong verbal, writing and technology skills (i.e. computer, internet, email, copiers, telephones, office software, scanning and website maintenance), be punctual and reliable. The candidate must also support our mission of providing affordable housing.
This is a full time 37.5 hour position, Monday through Friday, offering very competitive benefits including time off and paid holidays.
Three to five years business or office experience in a similar role.
