About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, Residential Maintenance Division. As a key leader in our team, you will work in a dynamic setting that prioritizes growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Residential Maintenance and Turf Divisions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive divisional growth, meeting sales targets and expanding our client base.
- Manage customer relationships, overseeing contract renewals and ensuring client retention through exceptional service.
- Estimate Residential Maintenance (RM) and turf services, along with enhancement projects such as plantings, pruning, and lawn renovations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Expertise in turf care and landscape enhancement project management.
- Proven experience in account management and managing field crews.
- Familiarity with LMN, Fleetio, and CompanyCam (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong management and training capabilities; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
