Overview:
Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Peekskill. This role involves supervising approximately 5 clinicians, including those working towards licensure, and providing therapy to clients with Medicare and various insurances. The salary for this position is $83,000.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing 1 hour per week of formal clinical supervision for each supervisee, and completing required paperwork for LMSW or LCSW licensure applications.
- Delivering clinical services to approximately 25-30 clients.
- Completing all clinical documentation in accordance with WJCS guidelines.
- Working closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Clinic Director to support staff in meeting WJCS requirements.
- Conducting in-service trainings upon request.
- Participating in DBT consultation team meetings.
- Providing supervisory coverage for the clinic, as needed.
- Assisting with crisis intervention services, as needed.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Valid NYS LCSW
- Minimum two years' of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
- DBT training preferred
