We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Department Coordinator to join our Talent Team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Administrative Building and the Talent team. Your responsibilities will include handling front desk duties and coverage, coordinating training programs and meetings, assisting with new employee orientation, and supporting key HR processes such as payroll audits, benefits administration, and worker's compensation claims.
Candidates should be capable of providing courteous and professional assistance to the Talent Team and all visitors, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. They should contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the workplace, demonstrating helpfulness and a strong member service mindset.
To excel in the Talent Department Coordinator role, candidates must be proactive, well-prepared, responsive, and ready to tackle challenges that come their way. Proficiency with computers and general office tasks is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Above all, candidates should have a genuine commitment to supporting others and meeting their needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as receptionist for WESTconsin Credit Union's Administrative Center
- Provides overall administrative support through various tasks to the Talent Department
- Organizes, compiles, and updates personnel and training records, files and documentation
- Prepares surveys and reports for the Talent Department
- Assist with planning/managing internal and external events, onsite vaccination clinics, administer recognition and appreciation opportunities, such as service anniversaries and birthdays
- Complete payroll audit ensuring accuracy; confirm FMLA and timecard hours match
- Responsible for processing Tuition Reimbursement, Healthy Living Fund, and other forms
- Submit Worker's Compensation claims for the Credit Union
- Assist with New Employee Orientation
- Acts as reliable and supportive team member for the Talent Department
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience; or a combination of two years of related education and experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to handle multiple differing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Positive attitude and self-motivation are essential
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
- Ability to work full time hours Monday - Friday, 100% onsite
