Requirements
- At least 7 years of supervisory experience.
- College degree in IT or related field.
- Advanced IT helpdesk, Server, and Networking knowledge (Routers, Switches, and Firewalls).
- Moderate mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- At least 5 years of customer/client relations experience.
- At least 3 years of implementing and following IT security controls procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervises security contractors and NOC Technicians
- Client relations
- Cooling and equipment monitoring
- Operational support
- Onsite and offsite equipment monitoring
- On call for emergencies
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Data manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; Other shifts as needed.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
