Direct Care Staff needed for a group home in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Looking for eager individuals to provide direct care with client(s). Individuals needed for 2nd shift.
Duties: Responsible for providing daily care for youth in a group home setting serving youth in the Arkansas Foster Care System. Provide direction and guidance through all daily living skills. Provide supervision during all activities including outings, chores, and community activities. Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using a web-based platform. Support a therapeutic setting at all times. Must be able to maintain active communication while working in a collaborative environment.
Must be able to Pass Criminal Background Check/Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Must be able to Provide 3 Personal Reference Letters and Diploma upon selection for Employment.
