Qualified Behavioral Health Provider needed for Community Mental Health Center at in Ozark, Arkansas. Looking for eager individuals to provide direct service contact with client(s), in the clinic setting, in order to obtain a full range of needed services. Monitor and supervise the client’s functioning, establishing support for the client, and obtaining information relevant to the client’s individual Plan of Care. This must be provided under the direction of the client’s team leader (therapist).
Duties: In consultation with the client’s primary therapist, update and develop goals and objectives relevant to identified individual goals and treatment plan according to the level of care assigned; and provide services necessary to meet stated objectives during the certification period. Commensurate with Center needs and individual's own interests and abilities within the scope of licensure, training, and competency. Should be able to develop and maintain concurrent clinical documentation in accordance with Federal and State regulations regarding behavioral health care. Must be able to meet productivity expectations while simultaneously demonstrating ethical treatment and billing practices. Must be able to maintain active communication while working in a collaborative environment.
