Western Botanicals is a fast-growing dietary supplement and sports nutrition manufacturer located in Spanish Fork, UT. As a result of our growth, we are looking to add an Account Manager to our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is organized, communicative and enjoys working in a team environment. Experience in Customer Service is preferred.

Position Overview
· You will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
· Great attitude & energy, willingness to adapt and grow with the rapidly growing company.
· Full time hours (8:30 AM - 5 PM M-F)

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing product knowledge and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including production, quality assurance, accounting and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Create and maintain tickets within internal ticketing system.
- Send Customers weekly progress reports on their products.
- Using and understanding an ERP system to track orders.
- Must be able to keep a large amount of information organized and ensure the smooth run of orders end to end.
- Use and update WB's internal program to track information and provide transparency between departments.
- Attend multiple internal and external customer calls/meetings.

Qualifications
Knowledge
- Educational - no formal education required.
- Employee training as it relates to employment and work position.
- Production or Shipping experience is ideal but not required.
Skills/Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
