Account Manager

Department: Customer Success

Reports to: Director of Customer Success

About Western Botanicals

Western Botanicals is a fast-growing dietary supplement and sports nutrition manufacturer located in Spanish Fork, UT. As a result of our growth, we are looking to add an Account Manager to our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is organized, communicative and enjoys working in a team environment. Experience in Customer Service is preferred.

Position Overview

· You will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

· Great attitude & energy, willingness to adapt and grow with the rapidly growing company.

· Full time hours (8:30 AM - 5 PM M-F)

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing product knowledge and support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including production, quality assurance, accounting and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Create and maintain tickets within internal ticketing system.
  • Send Customers weekly progress reports on their products.
  • Using and understanding an ERP system to track orders.
  • Must be able to keep a large amount of information organized and ensure the smooth run of orders end to end.
  • Use and update WB's internal program to track information and provide transparency between departments.
  • Attend multiple internal and external customer calls/meetings.

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • Educational - no formal education required.
  • Employee training as it relates to employment and work position.
  • Production or Shipping experience is ideal but not required.

Skills/Abilities

  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
