Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with project managers to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor work progress and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, material usage, and labor hours.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in asphalt paving is essential.
- Familiarity with CAT equipment.
- Understanding of GENCOR hot plant maintenance requirements, diagnosing, and repairs.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
