What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPAP Resupply Specialist position at Western CPAP Supply?
The Resupply Specialist is a full time customer service position. This professional position helps coordinate and support the resupply of cpap equipment including masks, cushions, tubes, filters, water chambers and various other cpap supplies to our current patients. Communication via telephone confirming the patients equipment needs, answering questions regarding equipment and supporting patient compliance, building sales orders, boxing equipment, generating mailing labels and applying postage are tasks associated with this essential patient contact position. The ability to quickly and accurately enter patient data into the billing/shipping software is crucial. Knowledge of inventory control methods including receiving shipments and restocking supplies is helpful. Physical demands are lifting up to 25 pounds. The responsibility of this position is considerable, to both our patients and the flow of business for Western CPAP Supply. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently with little or no supervision and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
