We are looking for the right person to join our outstanding customer service team. We need an energetic, self-starter to fill our entry-level commercial lines position. Our Customer Service Representative / Account Assistant, will be responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining accurate data base information, billing and learning rating systems. This is position is full-time working onsite in our Rapid City office.
We prefer experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required as long as you are ready to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers and Producers to service their book of business
- Maintain direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
- Maintain communication with underwriters
- Market agency client to insurance companies
- Handle policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.
