CSR Entry Level Commercial Lines

Job Description

We are looking for the someone to join our outstanding customer service team. This position requires an energetic, self-starter. This is an entry-level commercial lines position. We will work with the prefect candidate to learn the ropes. Our Customer Service Representative/Account Assistant, will be responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining accurate data base information, billing and learning rating systems. We prefer experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required as long as you are ready to learn and grow. This is position is full-time, onsite in our Rapid City office.

Salary: $40000.00 - $46000.00 per year

• Assist Account Managers and Producers to service their book of business
• Maintain direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
• Maintain communication with underwriters
• Market agency client to insurance companies
• Handle policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.

• Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license
• High School Diploma required.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette
