Western Dakota Insurors is looking for an entry-level Personal Lines Account Assistant / Customer Service Representative. We will provide the education and support required for you to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance license. The main responsibilities of this position are :

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling all client needs professionally and timely.
  • Changing policies for clients
  • Comparing and developing quotes for clients

    • Requirement

    The requirements of this position are :

  • Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license.
  • A high school diploma (post-secondary degree is preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
  • Professional office and phone etiquette

    • Salary : $42,000 - $45,000
