You’ll be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, utilizing your strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing to bring our vision to life. From developing engaging content for both digital and print applications to collaborating with internal teams to maintain brand consistency, your role will be pivotal in our success. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across diverse channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.), involving crafting tailored templates and content for digital and print applications, as well as contributing to the creation of various marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials while ensuring consistent brand representation across divisions.
- Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Engage in collaborative efforts at different levels across divisions to successfully execute marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with co-op plans and drive joint marketing initiatives.
- Support the organization and coordination of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Conduct research to identify marketing trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions to enhance overall performance.
- Take charge of an expanded array of marketing duties, incorporating internal communications and administrative tasks as required into your responsibilities.
What You’ll Need:
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field with 3-4 years of marketing experience OR bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field with 1-2 years of marketing experience.
- Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and customer relation management systems (WordPress, Constant Contact, Salesforce a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Adobe Acrobat.
- A savvy user of digital marketing tools and platforms, skilled in managing social media and staying ahead of the game with the latest trends.
- Fantastic communication skills coupled with the knack for stepping into various brand personas, allowing seamless adaptation of designs and messages to suit different brand identities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a talent for juggling details independently, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and desire to learn.
- Proficiency with video production and editing software a plus.
