RMPT is looking for an experienced Transmission Technician. You'll do in-shop work performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on transmissions for a customer base spread throughout Colorado’s Front Range. You’ll find yourself working on a construction, rental, power takeoff, and oil and gas units, among others.
5x8 hour shifts and 4x10 hour shifts available!
The Transmission Technician will:
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on transmissions.
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and overhaul procedures on transmissions.
The Transmission Technician needs:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on off-highway transmissions.
- Computer-literacy.
- Self-directed attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to excellent customer service.
- To supply your own hand tools.
What Helps:
- Relevant technical school or certification experience a plus.
- Work as a heavy-duty mechanic a plus.
- Off-highway transmission repair experience a plus.
