What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal CRMERM Architect position at Western Digital?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategy planning and design of an endstate blueprint for CRM ERP system architecture and the sequence of steps to get there.
- Identify the most promising areas in which to retire technical debt modernize the technical stack integrate more scalably improve capability more quickly
- Guide teams responsible for applications integration reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape reduce complexity and total cost of ownership and increase agility to meet / exceed the business and financial goals of clients and the company
- Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues.
- Guide teams in translating new business strategies into integrated endtoend technology solutions
- Design and chair architectural review milestones within the software development lifecycle
- Design architectural frameworks standards methods and train colleagues to utilize them while solutioning
- Engage business & technical leaders to secure broad commitment to adopting the tobe endstate blueprint and methods to get there
- Break down barriers of silod thinking and local optimization of a single department or function in favor of global crossfunctional companywide optimization.
