Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level program manager to join the IT Strategy & Transformation Team. This individual will focus on driving critical initiatives within the function - and will be accountable for ensuring that they are completed successfully in terms of resource management, schedule and budget. The role will work cross-functionally with IT/business leaders and key stakeholders to define business outcomes and deliverables, and manage them to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Experience:
3-5 years of program or project management experience, ideally in a technical or complex business environment.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications (optional)
PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certifications are a plus.

Job Description

- Program Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of program initiatives. Develop detailed program plans, set milestones, and track progress across multiple projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on program status.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of the program.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure adequate resources (people, time, tools) are available to meet program objectives. Balance competing priorities effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements to project management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Program Reporting: Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership, including progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, risks, and achievements.
- Financial Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits and that resources are allocated efficiently.
Experience:
3-5 years of program or project management experience, ideally in a technical or complex business environment.
Skills
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse global teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
