Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape maintenance supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for outdoor work, and a comprehensive knowledge of landscape practices including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping maintenance activities while supervising team members to ensure efficiency and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations including groundskeeping tasks.
• Lead the team in the maintenance of landscape features such as lawns, gardens, trees, and irrigation systems.
• Ensure all work is performed to company standards and client specifications.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
• Manage equipment and tools effectively to ensure proper functioning during operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance.
• Ability to build relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
