Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced EDI Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data with external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EDI processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and manage customer EDI profiles
- Manage operations, billing, and brokerage on EDI related issues.
- Prepare inbound and outbound EDI data to prevent errors.
- Resend transaction types (e.g., 204’s, 990’s, 210’s, 997’s) when necessary for customers.
- Analyze daily EDI error reports and perform necessary reparations.
- Analyze new EDI requests for design changes.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as TMW and Intelek to address EDI software issues and setups.
- Work with in-house development to execute modifications for repairing inbound and outbound EDI data.
- Manage and maintain visibility of loads with internal Western Express CSR department.
- Analyze and address internal missing miles reports.
- Set up internal city codes for TMW/ICC database.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in information technology or technical support
- Detailed familiarity with EDI, transaction types, workflow, and resolutions
- Working knowledge of TMW/ICC system and support
- Ability to work with internal and external personnel in a calm, professional manner.
