We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator based in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping, receiving, and recording of parts, supplies, materials, equipment, and stock. Your efforts will ensure our production levels meet sales orders. Additionally, you will keep the rest of the organization informed about the progress of sales orders from sale to shipment. About the Role :
As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator you will use your skills to oversee the efficient and timely transportation of goods, ensuring accurate receipt and processing of shipments. Your responsibilities will include optimizing logistics operations, maintaining accurate inventory tracking, and ensuring the security of shipments to meet customer demand effectively
Key Responsibilities :
Receiving
- Unload, inspect, and count incoming goods.
- Record and reject damaged items.
- Route goods to storage and update stock levels in NetSuite.
