Position Overview:
The Head Golf Professional will oversee all golf operations, ensuring top-tier service, operational efficiency, and a thriving golf community. This leadership role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in staff management, customer service, and golf instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily golf operations including tee time & tournament scheduling, merchandise sales, and cart fleet management.
- Lead and mentor the golf staff, including assistants, starter/marshals, and outside player service team.
- Deliver high-quality individual and group golf instruction.
- Oversee golf shop operations including inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems.
- Organize and execute in-house & public tournaments, leagues, and clinics.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience and promote a culture of hospitality.
- Collaborate with course superintendent and clubhouse staff to ensure smooth overall operations.
- Maintain a strong presence on the course and in the golf shop.

Physical, Environmental, Cognitive and Social Requirements:
· Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, stand for long periods of time, sometimes outdoors exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions (hot and cold) and moderate to loud noise level.
· Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, and squat climb, kneel, in and out of golf carts, and to twist at the neck and waist, reach above and below shoulder level, push and pull when retrieving, storing, and moving golf bags; use dominate hand and fingers to feel and grasp, push and pull and for fine manipulation to detail carts, clean clubs and use two-way radios.
Level Entry Manager
Job Location: USA - NV - Las Vegas
Education Level: Bachelors’ Degree preferred, or Qualified Work
Experience: 3 years of experience at a public or private facility.
Job Shift: Full Time
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
Potential income for providing lessons/clinics.
Potential for commissions based on achieving specified goals/metrics.
