Outside Sales Associate (Sales)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive comfort surveys and home analyses
- Conduct thorough inspections of duct work and perform comfort and air quality assessments
- Manage all paperwork, financing, rebate, tax credit, and payment collection processes
- Calculate HVAC work and invoicing requirements, as well as equipment and material needs for installations
- Deliver and pick up temporary heating or cooling equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience in the HVAC industry preferred
- Proficiency with technology, including industry-specific software on iPads and computers
- Self-motivation and strong desire to excel
- This is a commissioned sales position
